All active regular full-time employees who are scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in LPL Financial’s benefits program. New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll in LPL Financial benefits.
You may cover your eligible dependents under LPL Financial’s medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. During enrollment, you will be asked to certify that your dependents meet the requirements for coverage as eligible dependents.

After you enroll your dependent(s), you must upload documentation into ADP (i.e., marriage certificate, birth certificate, Domestic Partner Affidavit with documentation, court order, etc.) to verify that your dependent(s) met the eligibility requirements for coverage.

LPL employee benefits are effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire. For example:
Regardless of your hire date within the month, benefits commence on the first of the month following your date of hire.
Note: Eligibility for Tuition Assistance begins once you have been employed for 6 months, and eligibility for Adoption Assistance begins once you have been employed for one year.
