We’ve partnered with Optum—a leader in corporate wellness and fitness—to offer a wellness portal. The LPL Live Well portal is your online home for all things wellness-related. You can access the site for:

Your Fitness Center

Available to all employees and located in San Diego and Fort Mill, the fitness center includes a state-of-the-art fitness facility that is free to use! The fitness center features premier strength and cardiovascular equipment with integrated televisions, full locker room amenities, and an expert staff of fitness professionals to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals.

All LPL Live Well enrolled members are entitled to:

• Free enrollment in the fitness center, open 24/7
• Free group fitness classes
• Complimentary S.M.A.R.T. Start program, including comprehensive fitness evaluation, equipment orientation, and customized exercise plan
• Locker rooms with towel service, showers, and toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and more)
• Contests, challenges and special events to help keep you motivated and having fun!
• One-on-one and tandem personal training will also be available for purchase.

Your total wellbeing includes caring for your mental and emotional health. It’s important to find relief and develop coping skills for the day-to-day challenges that you face. LPL offers mental health benefits through the Lyra Health program to help you manage and cope with stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and relationship issues.

Lyra Health provides confidential mental health care at no cost to you and your family. Through Lyra, you and each of your family members can receive eight sessions per year for guided self-care, coaching and therapy. You can choose in-person or virtual appointments.

Lyra Health offers:

• Guided Self-care with a Coach – A Lyra coach will work with you to quickly develop a care plan that addresses your needs. You’ll learn new mental health strategies at your own pace.
• Mental Health Coaching – Get to the root of your challenges with ongoing coaching sessions via live messaging or live video and between-session support.
• Mental Health Therapy – Lyra’s therapists are experts at diagnosing and treating mental health conditions like depression, eating disorders or PTSD and can provide support via live video, messaging, or in-person visits.
• Mental Wellness Tools – Access select mental wellness tools and self-led support on topics like meditation, stress or sleep. These tools are available on-demand, anytime, anywhere, on your mobile device or computer.

• Legal Guidance – Receive a free, 30-minute consultation with an attorney or mediator and a 25% discount for ongoing services. Emergency services are available 24/7. You also have access to legal forms, document preparation, and an online legal library.

• Identity Theft Support – Receive a free, 60-minute consultation with a Fraud Resolution Specialist. You can also get assistance restoring your identity and credit score and access an ID theft response toolkit.
