MetLife gives you access to personal insurance policies including home (not available in MA or FL), auto, landlord’s rental dwelling, condo, and recreational vehicle and boat:

MetLife Auto and/or Home insurance is a voluntary benefit you may purchase on a post-tax basis with the convenience of payroll deduction. MetLife Auto & Home offers a broad line of insurance policies including:

  • Mobile Home

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Eligible employees have the opportunity to purchase company shares, building an ownership stake in our company. Enroll during one of four enrollment windows per year and manage your account online with Computershare. Highlights of the plan are:

  • Purchase shares at a 15% discount with no commission fees
  • Contribute up to $300 per pay period
  • Decrease or stop contributions at anytime

Legal Plan with Identity Theft Protection

The Legal Plan is a voluntary benefit that offers you convenient access to legal services. The plan offers easy and direct access to a network of attorneys who provide telephonic advice and office consultations on a wide range of personal matters and covered services for the most frequently needed personal legal matters. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of wills
  • Trusts
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Real Estate Matters
  • Debt Matters
  • Family Law Matters
  • Home & Auto Insurance

This plan also includes an identity theft benefit. Services include: unlimited office and telephone consultations with an attorney, defense representation, free identity theft emergency response kit, and numerous online services.

The cost to participate is $9 (post-tax) per pay period. You can only enroll in the MetLife Legal Plan when you are first eligible or during open enrollment and must remain in the plan for the entire plan year.

 

Paid Parental Leave Benefit

The LPL Financial Maternity Disability Benefit provides full pay for 6 weeks after delivery.

The Paid Parental Benefit provides full pay to all new LPL parents for up to 6 weeks for bonding with their new child through birth, adoption or placement in foster care. The Paid Parental Benefit for birth mothers begins after Maternity Disability ends, for a total of 12 weeks of full-pay maternity leave (6 weeks disability + 6 weeks bonding).

This leave runs concurrent with any FMLA leave and state leave to the extent permitted by law.

 

Pet Insurance

Pet Insurance is a voluntary benefit plan offered by PetFirst, and provided through MetLife's group benefit program, to help you cover the cost of care for your dog(s) and/or cat(s).

Tuition Assistance Plan

LPL Financial supports the pursuit of higher education by our employees. Our tuition assistance plan (TAP) has been established to assist employees with the cost of courses that are job related. If your courses qualify under the plan rules, you can receive up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year in tax-free reimbursement.
